  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the specific page).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon receipt of a valid Takedown Notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notification If you believe that your content has been removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must contain substantially the same elements as the takedown notice, but it must also include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringer Policy We will terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
